During this summer holidays, John and his friends decided to go surfing. The weather was fantastic! There was no clouds on the sky. John rent car with equipment.

But when they reached coast, the sky began dark because of clouds. Wind blew stronger and stronger. The sea hasn't been calm yet. One of the hugest waves approached to the car. It cover car and coup it.

The rescuers come on time and exempt John and his friends. Luckily, no one got seriously injuries.

Why do I need English?

                                                 Why do I need English?
English is the language of international communication. Nowadays, everyone needs to learn English. And there are some reasons,why I need English in my life.
  The first reason is reading books on English. So, a lot of books were written by English authors, like Diana Winn Jones, Herbert Wells etc. I really want to read, for example, Harry Potter in original version on English.
  Secondly, I learn English to find new friends in my travelings. I really like traveling and when I travel, sometimes I need to ask person, where, let us say, museum. In this situation, Еnglish is very nessesary. Also, I can use English in international communications online.
  The last reason is studing abroad. In future, I want to have high education abroad in UK or USA. And in this situation I really need high level of English.
   So, I really need English and I learn English in my school. I hope, I will learn it.

Dear Mary,
Thank you for the last letter.
I was in Italy. It was very cool! I swam in the sea, went to the restaurants, looked sights. Italian cuisin is very tasty! I really love it! In Italy, you can try different types of pizza, pasta and risotto.
One of the most stunning places on Sicilia is volcano Etna. It is one of the biggest volcanoes in Europe. On the slopes of Etna  grows a lot of trees, like orange trees etc.
I was in 4 or more hotels. I like all of them.
I really enjoyed my trip!
Do you have any plans for the summer? Do you want to visit Italy? Have you ever tried Italian cuisin?
Oh, my mother wait me. We are going shopping.

Letter to Peter 2

Dear Peter,
Hello! How are you? Are you coming to my town on a trip? If it is true, I am going to talk about 2 good cafes. In my city, there is a cafe called Saffran and there is in the Gagarin park. In Saffran, food is very tasty and from the windows you can see beautiful landscape with lake, trees and different birds, like ducks. Second cafe is Carlson and there is near my home. In Carlson, food is tasty, too. Italian and French cuisines are main in this cafe. In Carlson, children can play on indoor playground!
If you want to eat, you can go to these cafes!

Art and culture

Around the world, we have different types of culture. For example:
Archaeological discoveries, like the terracotta army in China;
Special attractions, like roadside attractions;
Culture corner, like the Garma festival;
Art and music.

In 1974, farmers in China were digging statues of soldiers. Statues of terracotta is in tomb of Chinese emperor. Any visitors to China will be amazed  by the spectacular terracotta army!
