Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a skirt order I placed throught your website www.greatshopping on 18th September. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of problem with the product, as detailed below.
I ordered a school black skirt and, despite the promise that I would receive the item within 10 working days, it did not arrive over 20 days later. To make matters worse, when I received the skirt, it had a hole on back side. Althrought I had ordered a size S black skirt, I was sent a size M red one.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the skirt.

The Sydney Opera House For many years there was no good opera house in Australia. In 1954, Jorn Utzon from Denmark won a competition organized by the Australian government to build an opera house. The construction took fourteеn years and the project was finished only in 1973. Since then, the building became the symbol of Australia. It is also its most famous landmark. The best way to visit the Sydney Opera House is to see a show. In sunny weather visitors can take a picnic basket and enjoy walking around the Botanic Gardens near the Opera House. 6 You are Wonderful It happened several years ago in the Paris Opera House. A famous singer was invited to sing. On the night of the concert the house was packed and every  ticket was sold. The feeling of excitement was in the air as the house manager came to the stage and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your enthusiastic support. I am afraid that due to illness, the man whom you've all come to hear will not be performing tonight. However, we have found another singer. I hope you will enjoy his performance. The crowd was disappointed and didn’t even hear the singer’s name. The singer gave the performance everything he had. When he finished, there was alike but silence. No one applauded. Suddenly, from the balcony, a little boy stood up and shouted, "Daddy, I think you are wonderful!" The crowd broke into applause. We all need people in our lives who are willing to stand up once in a while and say, "I think you are wonderful."

 At summer, Mike and his friend Petter decided to go camping to the forest. They put with them tent and some food. The weather was cool! Sun was shining and birds was singing.
  Mike kindle fire and made tea. Friends drank tea and eat sandwiches. After halt, Mike and Petter decided to go home, because they was tired. In the middle of path they felt smell of burning.

Why do I need English?

English is the language of international communication. Nowadays, everyone needs to learn English. And there are some reasons,why I need English in my life.
  The first reason is reading books on English. So, a lot of books were written by English authors, like Diana Winn Jones, Herbert Wells etc. I really want to read, for example, Harry Potter in original version on English.
  Secondly, I learn English to find new friends in my travelings. I really like traveling and when I travel, sometimes I need to ask person, where, let us say, museum. In this situation, Еnglish is very nessesary. Also, I can use English in international communications online.
  The last reason is studing abroad. In future, I want to have high education abroad in UK or USA. And in this situation I really need high level of English.
   So, I really need English and I learn English in my school. I hope, I will learn it.

Dear Mary,
Thank you for the last letter.
I was in Italy. It was very cool! I swam in the sea, went to the restaurants, looked sights. Italian cuisin is very tasty! I really love it! In Italy, you can try different types of pizza, pasta and risotto.
One of the most stunning places on Sicilia is volcano Etna. It is one of the biggest volcanoes in Europe. On the slopes of Etna  grows a lot of trees, like orange trees etc.
I was in 4 or more hotels. I like all of them.
I really enjoyed my trip!
Do you have any plans for the summer? Do you want to visit Italy? Have you ever tried Italian cuisin?
Oh, my mother wait me. We are going shopping.
