Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about a skirt order I placed throught your website www.greatshopping on 18th September. Unfortunately, I experienced a number of problem with the product, as detailed below.
I ordered a school black skirt and, despite the promise that I would receive the item within 10 working days, it did not arrive over 20 days later. To make matters worse, when I received the skirt, it had a hole on back side. Althrought I had ordered a size S black skirt, I was sent a size M red one.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the skirt.
